Ceremony will take place at 4pm at Hartwood Acres Mansion, at 200 Hartwood Acres, Pittsburgh, PA 15238. The ceremony is outdoors with tent options in the case of rain.
Cocktail hour will immediately follow the ceremony around 4:30pm, light hor dourves will be served.
Reception will start at 5:30pm, and will take place in a covered pavilion in an outdoor setting. Dinner will be served.
We have reserved a block of hotel rooms at this location, about a 17 minute drive from the venue.
Rooms must be reserved by April 10th, 2027!

Ceremony and reception will take place at 200 Hartwood Acres, Pittsburgh, PA 15238. On site parking is provided. The wedding will take place entirely outdoors! In the case of rain, tents will be used for the ceremony site, and in case of cold, heaters will be used. Reception will happen under a covered pavilion.
Our dress code is semi formal (we will be in a dress and a suit), but most importantly we want you to be comfortable. The wedding will take place outdoors, so consider layers if you run cold!
There is a block of 10 rooms reserved at the Hampton Inn and Suites in Harmarville for Thursday, May 13 and Friday, May 14 2027.
Guest can reserve their rooms by calling the hotel at (412) 423-1100, then pressing 0 at the recording, and asking for the Mountz & Long Wedding Block. Rooms must be reserved by April 10th, 2027.
Gifts are not required, but if you would like to send the couple a gift, please visit the Gift Registry tab to see registry options.
There will be a 27 person shuttle from the Hampton Inn and Suites to and from the ceremony site. The shuttle will load at 2:45pm for 3pm departure to the ceremony site. There will be 2 trips from the ceremony site going back to the hotel, with times TBD.
Cocktail hour and dinner will be vegetarian!
